Submit a New Service Request Step 3 (Asia Pacific & Europe)
  1. Select whether the problem is hardware, hardware parts replacement or software from the dropdown box.
         
  2. Select the radial button that best suits the severity of the problem. You can select "1" for System Down/Not usable, "2" for seriously impaired systems and "3" for general inquiries.

    Note: Severity 1 service requests cannot be submitted online in all countries. The availability varies per country.
        
  3. Click the Continue button to proceed to the next part of Step 3.
