whether the problem is hardware, hardware parts replacement
or software from the dropdown box.
- Select
the radial button that best suits the severity of the problem.
You can select "1" for System Down/Not usable, "2"
for seriously impaired systems and "3" for general
inquiries.
Note: Severity 1 service requests cannot be submitted online
in all countries. The availability varies per country.
- Click
the Continue button to proceed to the next part of
Step 3.
