Submit
a New Service Request Step 3

- To assist
the Sun technicians to better understand the specific issue
you are facing, fill in the steps to recreate the problem,
the specifics of the parts involved, timeframe and change
in condition of the problem.
- If the
problem is software based, then indicate the problem and how
it occurred.
- Indicate
when the problem was first noticed.
- Select
one of the radio buttons that best indicate the current status
of the problem.
- From
the dropbox, select if there were any changes over time.
- Select
the check boxes for email notification of the service request
number for yourself, an alternate contact or when a Sun engineer
updates the service request.
- Once
you have completed the necessary fields, click the Submit
button to submit your request.
