Update
or View Status of a Request
|
- To update
the service request, enter the new information into the text
box.
- Click
on the check box to indicate if you want to be notified when
a Sun engineer updates the service request.
- To close
the Service request, click on the check box.
- Click
on the Update Service Request button to update or close
the service request.
